This FREE 45 minute workout session moves through several modes of physical fitness. The first 5-10 minutes will focus on active stretching to release the tension an tightness of the muscles due to sitting or standing long periods of time throughout the day. Then we will focus our attention on core work. The last 15-25 minutes will incorporate body weight exercises, free weights and cardio to raise our heart rates to increase endurance, burn fat and release the stresses of the day. Finally we will end with active stretching. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and bottle of water.
