Morning Bootcamp Classes - Saturday mornings from 8:30am-9:30am at Craner Park will begin July 10th and run until August 28th with instructor Kim Cardona. Bring a bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat if you have one. Beginners to advanced participants are welcome (weather permitting).
Outside Yoga Classes - Sunday mornings from 10:00am-11:00am at Van Schaick Island Park will began July 11th and will run until September 12th with instructor Kathleen Fisk from In Harmony Yoga Studio. Bring your own yoga mat (weather permitting).
