Cohoes Waterford Elks Club Stars for Our Troops

Join Founder Susan Wells & this patriotic group of volunteers who meet at our Lodge to assemble packets containing embroidered Stars from retired American Flags and a written message given to active-duty service members, veterans & first responders so they know they are not forgotten.
