a.    Consideration of the October 31st, 2023 Meeting Minutes

b.    192 Remsen Street- Applicant: Jessica Merendino. The applicant is seeking to add a sign for the business “Honey Hair Studio”. The applicant has not provided exact dimensions for the sign yet, but states that it will be consistent with other signs along the Remsen corridor and will be hung on an existing metal bracket. The applicant is also proposing to install window decals with the same design as the sign.
