          a. Roll Call

2.  Regular Business 

a. Consideration of the October 4th, 2021 Meeting Minutes

b. 129 Remsen Street Applicant and Presenter: Janelle Rabinowitz. The applicant is applying for a Change of Use/New Tenant application. The applicant seeks to open a personal care spa offering massage therapy, permanent make-up and full body waxing. This business would be called; Renewal Skin Studio LLC Hours of operation Tuesday – Friday 10AM-8PM, Saturday 10AM-5PM and Sunday 10AM-3PM. The site is in the MU-DC zoning district.

c. 63 Arlington Road Applicant and Presenter: Sophie Rowe, Catherine Janiszak. The applicant is applying for a subdivision of their lot. Current lot size is 200 x 170 and the applicant is looking to subdivide it to two 100 x 170 lots. This site is in the R-1 Residential zoning district. 

d. 25 White Street Applicant Monique Ford. The applicant is applying for Change of Use/New Tenant application.  Applicant seeks to open a takeout business at this location specializing in Soul Food.  Hours of operation will be Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11AM – 8:30PM. Applicant indicated that if business improves she will be looking to extend her days open. This site is located in the MU-NC zoning district.

e. 192 Remsen Street Applicant Talia Lamiano: The applicant is applying for a Change of Use/New Tenant application.  Applicant seeks to open a general store specializing in homemade candles, homemade soaps, lotions and additional skincare, homemade crafts, health and wellness products, candy and snacks. Hours of operation will be Wednesday through Sunday 10AM -7PM with possible extension for the holidays. This site is located in the MU-DC zoning district.

f. 33 Mann Avenue Applicant David Livarchuk; The applicant is applying for a Special Use Permit to construct a 2 family home on the site and is appearing again in front of the board per the board’s request for complete definitive site plan/drawings/renderings to be submitted for  review.  This site is located in the R-2 zoning district.

g. 184 Remsen Street Applicant Terrance Flowers; the applicant is applying for a Change of Use/New Tenant application. Applicant seeks to open a barber shop at this location.  This site is located in the MU-DC zoning district.
