a.    Consideration of the August 15th, 2023 Meeting Minutes

b.    49 Johnston Ave- Applicant: Ben Williams. The applicant has submitted a Certificate of Appropriateness application for the placement of a rectangular sign measuring roughly 7’-7” wide 3’-4” tall, and is supported on 4”x4”x1/4” steel tube posts supported on reinforced concrete piers and spread footings. The sign has a digital display. Note that the sign has been donated to the applicant and the dimensions and nature of the sign cannot be altered.
