a. Consideration of the September 11th, 2023 Meeting Minutes
b. 105 Hudson Avenue – Applicant/Presenter: Lisa Shepard – The applicant is seeking a Special Use Permit for the purpose of converting a single family home to a two family home in the R-2 Residential Zoning district, where two family dwellings a deemed a specially permitted use.
c. 35 Niver Street – Applicant/Presenter: Verity Engineering – The applicant is seeking Site Plan Review for the purpose of creating a curb cut off Route 787 which leads to a business in the MU-2 Mixed Use Zoning District.
d. DISCUSSION ITEM: 50 Delaware Avenue - Applicant/Presenter: Bohler Engineering – The applicant is seeking to introduce their proposal for a currently vacant lot in the MU-2 Mixed Use Zoning District. The sketch plan includes a concept drawing for a four-story building with a first floor commercial space, and one to two bedroom dwelling units on the second, third, and fourth floors.
