a.    Consideration of the August 8th, 2022 Meeting Minutes

b.    301 Ontario Street Applicant and Presenter: Jason Worthington The applicant is applying for a Change of Use/New Tenant Application for a new business “Royal 7 Leaf Supplies” which will be a retail shop carrying a variety of tobacco products, vapes, household and personal items. The business will operate from 9 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday. This property is in the MU-CC zoning district. 

c.    155 Vliet Boulevard  Applicant and Presenter: Nicholas Vamvas on behalf of City of Cohoes. The applicant has submitted a Site Plan Application for a 3.2 MWdc floating solar array on the Cohoes municipal reservoir located at 155 Vliet.

This meeting will be held on the 2nd floor Common Council Chambers of City Hall, 97 Mohawk Street.
