a. Consideration of the June 22nd, 2022 Meeting Minutes
b. 2 Lansing Lane Applicant and Presenter: Vincent De Paul Nadeau. The applicant has submitted an Area Variance application for the building of an attached deck at 2 Lansing Ln. in the R2 residential zoning district. Properties zoned R2 require a side setback of 10 feet, but the applicant proposes that the deck directly abut the easterly property line, requiring an Area Variance of 10 feet.
c. 28 Summit Street Applicant and Presenter: Michael J. Obzud Jr. The applicant has submitted an Area Variance application for the addition of a shed at 28 Summit St. in the Multi-Family Residential zoning district. Properties zoned MFR require a side setback of 10 feet, but the applicant proposes that the shed be placed with a setback of 1 foot from the northerly property line, requiring an Area Variance of 9 feet.
d. 19 Elizabeth Court Applicant and Presenter: Clifford Taylor The applicant has submitted an Area Variance application for the addition of a carport at 19 Elizabeth Court in the R1 Residential zoning district. The proposed carport will be attached to the main structure of the home, thus being an extension of the home. Single-family homes in the R1 district require a side setback of 12 feet, but the applicant proposes that the carport be placed with a setback of 9 feet 10 inches from the northeasterly property line, requiring an Area Variance of 26 inches.
