a.    Consideration of the July 19th, 2022 Special Meeting Minutes

b.    237 Remsen Street Applicant: Debra Williams & Steven Bonnier. The applicant is seeking to add signage to the business facade. The proposed sign will be round and wooden with a gold cat outline and white lettering for the business “Clean As A Whisker Feline Exclusive Spa”. This sign will be hung from an existing iron bracket. The applicant is also seeking to add a vinyl sticker of the same logo, lettering, business name, and phone number on the front window of the storefront. 

c.    289 Ontario Street Applicant: Brittany Brown. The applicant is seeking to add a sign for the business “Zen Dog Grooming Studio”. The sign will be a 24” by 24” double sided aluminum panel sign hanging from an existing metal bracket.
