a.    Consideration of the July 11th, 2022 Meeting Minutes


b.    237 Remsen Street Applicant and Presenter: Debra Williams & Steven Bomier. The applicant is applying for a Change of Use/New Tenant Application for a new business “Clean As A Whisker Feline Exclusive Spa” which will provide grooming services for cats and will include a small retail area in the future. The business will operate by appointment only. This property is in the MU-DC zoning district. 


c.    0 Broadway Applicant and Presenter: Peter Frangie. The applicant is applying for a Site Plan application and Special Use permit for the construction and operation of a two-family home at 0 Broadway. The applicant is proposing four off-street parking spaces, a retaining wall, and a stairway with a railing that will lead up to the two-family home. This property is in the R-2 Residential zoning district. 


d.    640 Saratoga Street Applicant and Presenter: Faisal Shehzad. The applicant is applying for a Site Plan application. The applicant seeks to construct a one-story garage with three service bays to operate an auto repair business called “Faisal’s Auto Service” at 640 Saratoga Street. The applicant is proposing “light” auto repair consisting of oil changes, tire replacement and repair, brake system, auto exhaust, air conditioning, etc. No body or paint work is proposed. Hours of operation would be 8AM-6PM, Monday through Friday, 8AM-1PM Saturday, and closed on Sunday. This property is in the I-1 zoning district.
