a. Consideration of the June 14, 2021 Meeting Minutes
b. 178-182 Ontario Street Applicant Cohoes II Limited Partnership. Applicant to submit the Final Environmental Impact Statement. The premises is located in the MU-TC Mixed Use Transit Corridor zoning district.
c. 110 Heartt Avenue Applicant Rhonda Rosenheck. Applicant is seeking Final Site Plan approval for her project to create a writer’s studio and public reading garden. Premises is located in an R-2 Residential zoning district.
d. 169 Ontario Street Applicant Russell Dumas. Preliminary Site Plan Application for the applicant to use U-Hall van bodies as self-storage units. The premises is located in the MU-1 zoning district. This request would also require a rezoning of the property to I-1 Industrial.
e. 169 Remsen Street Applicant: Jason Wellington. Change of Use and Special Use Permit application for the occupation of the premises by Tobacco Island. The applicant plans to sell alcohol in addition to tobacco products. The site is zoned MU-DC Mixed-Use Downtown Corridor.
f. 33 Hart Street Applicant: Armory 33 LLC Amy Chen and Dave Cox. Site Plan Application for the installation of new 8’ fencing in the parking lot along Columbia Street to include a pedestrian and vehicular gate. The premises is located in the MU-1 zoning district
g. 77 Ontario Street Applicant: Timothy Fredette. Discussion on Site Plan updates and possible amendments. The premises is located in the MU-TC zoning district
h. 120 Mohawk Street Applicant: The Lofts at Mohawk Street LLC. Change of Use/New Tenant Application. The applicant is looking to officially change the number of units in the building to reflect what is existing. The premises is located in the MU-1 Historic Overlay District
