a. Consideration of the May 10th, 2021 Meeting Minutes
b. 127 Canvass Street Applicant: Mary Kathleen W Ditursi MD PC, presented by Paul Fallati. Change Of Use and Special Use Permit application for the occupation of the premises by Harmony Mills Pediatrics to be used as a pediatricians office with five exams rooms, a reception and waiting room, doctor and staff offices, a lab, and a kitchen. This site is zoned MU-1, Mixed-Use, and requires any medical care offices to obtain a special use permit from the Planning Board.
c. 301 Ontario Street Applicant: A Little Legacy, LLC, presented by Carlela Little. Change of Use application for the occupation of the premises by a proposed business called “Little Linda’s Apothecary”. The applicant plans to sell herbs and teas and house additional products that are sold on their online shop. The applicant proposes to have one employee to begin, with open hours on the weekends. This site is zoned MU-CC Mixed-Use Civic Core.
d. 8 Fourth Street Applicant and Presenter: Fredrick J. Metzger, Jr., P.L.S. Application to subdivide the existing 1.78 +/- acre parcel with improvements and divide it into (2) parcels, one will be 1.15 +/- acres with the existing improvements, and the other being .63 +/- acres for a new single-family house. This site is zoned R-1 Residential.
e. 178-182 Ontario Street Applicant: Cohoes II Limited Partnership, presented by Jesse Batus and John Montagne. Pursuant to SEQR, the applicant submitted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) that was accepted by the Planning Board on 4-12-2021. At this meeting, the Board will officially close the 60-day public comment period, identify the comments that were submitted, and incorporate those comments into the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) which will be on July’s agenda. This site is zoned MU-TC Mixed-Use Transit Corridor.
