a.    Roll Call 

2.    Regular Business 

a.    Consideration of the May 8th, 2023 Meeting Minutes

b.    42 3rd Stree– Applicant and Presenter: Sally Lennon. The applicant is seeking to bring into compliance an existing in-law apartment at the subject property in the R-2 Residential Zoning District. The property is currently classified as a one-family residential building and the applicant seeks a Special Use Permit to change its classification to a two-family residential building.

c.    92 Main Street – Applicant and Presenter: GMC Ventures/Garry Carr. The applicant is seeking approval of their Change of Use/New Tenant Application for a business by the name of “Spindle City Mushrooms” that will host a gourmet mushroom cultivation operation in the MU-TC Mixed Use Zoning District. 

d.    96 Heartt Ave -- Applicant and Presenter: Shannon Vincent. The applicant is seeking approval of a Special Use Permit for the purpose of using the residential premises at 96 Heartt Avenue in the R-2 Residential Zoning District for religious assemblies and a designated place of worship.

e.    100 Watersview Circle – Applicant and Presenter: Aker Companies. The applicant seeks approval of their signage plan for Watersview Apartments in the MU-2 Mixed Use Zoning District.

This meeting will be held on the 2nd floor Common Council Chambers of City Hall, 97 Mohawk Street.
