a. Consideration of the April 10th, 2023 Meeting Minutes
b. 9 Charles Street – Applicant and Presenter: Kevin Flatley. The applicant is seeking approval of their Subdivision/Lot Line Adjustment Application for a property in the R-2 Residential Zoning District. The applicant seeks to adjust the lot line between the property 9 Charles Street and 28 Wilmer Avenue 8 feet and 9 inches to the South (towards 9 Charles Street).
c. 92 Main Street – Applicant and Presenter: GMC Ventures/Garry Carr. The applicant is seeking approval of their Change of Use/New Tenant Application for a business by the name of “Spindle City Mushrooms” that will host a gourmet mushroom cultivation operation.
d. 96 Heartt Ave -- Applicant and Presenter: Shannon Vincent. The applicant is seeking approval of a Special Use Permit for the purpose of using the residential premises at 96 Heartt Avenue for religious assemblies and a designated place of worship.
