a. Consideration of the January 25th, 2023 Meeting Minutes
b. 6 Rudolph Court Applicant and Presenter: Michael Schnapp. The applicant requests 3.5 feet of relief from the required 30-foot front setback for the construction of a new front porch on a single family dwelling in the R-1 Zoning District.
c. 19 Elizabeth Court Applicant and Presenter: Clifford Taylor. The applicant requests 7 inches of relief from the required 10-foot side setback from eastern property line for the construction of an accessory building in the form of a carport in the R-1 zoning district.
d. 24 Montgomery Street Applicant and Presenter: Mark Retzlaff. The applicant requests 10 feet of relief from the required 10-foot side setback from the northeasterly property line for the construction of an accessory building in the form of a garage in the R-1 zoning district.
e. 47 Conliss Avenue Applicant and Presenter: John Willi Jr. The applicant requests 2 feet of relief from the required 10-foot side setback from the northerly property line for the construction of an accessory building in the form of a garage in the R-2 zoning district.
f. 9 Charles Street Applicant and Presenter: Kevin Flatley. The applicant requests eight (8) area variances in order to create two lots that conform to existing structures. Relief is requested from lot size requirements, lot width requirements, lot depth requirements, front, side and rear setback requirements, and greenspace requirements for a two-family dwelling in the R-2 Zoning District.
This meeting will be held at Cohoes City Hall 97 Mohawk Street 2nd floor Common Council Chambers.
