    1. Consideration of the November 17th, 2021 Meeting Minutes
    2. 45 Johnston Avenue Applicant and Presenter: 45 Johnston LLC. The applicant has submitted an Area Variance application requesting eight variances for the property at 45 Johnston Avenue. The property is located in the MFR Multi-Family Residential zoning district.  
    3. 3 Platt Street Applicant and Presenter: Garret Hebert. The applicant is applying for a Use Variance for a legal non-conforming four-unit apartment dwelling in the R-1 Residential zoning district. The applicant is seeking to add two units in the basement of the existing structure, requiring a Use Variance for the property to be rezoned from R-1 Residential to MFR Multifamily Residential.
