a. Consideration of the January 10th, 2022 Meeting Minutes
b. 195R Saratoga Street Applicant and Presenter: John Convertino. The applicant is applying for full approval of a Change of Use/New Tenant application for a proposed three-unit apartment dwelling at 195 Saratoga Street. The applicant received a preliminary approval from the Planning Board on the January 10th meeting, as the Board was awaiting the full application.
c. 146 Remsen Street Applicant and Presenter: Sara Goncalves. The applicant is applying for a Change of Use/New Tenant application to operate a Brazilian deli market called “Brazilian Mini Mart”. The business will operate from 6:30AM-9:00PM Monday through Friday and 7:30AM-7:30PM Saturday and Sunday. The property is in the MU-DC zoning district.
d. 239 Remsen Street Applicant and Presenter: Don Russell. The applicant is applying for a Change of Use/New Tenant application. The applicant seeks to open a gourmet deli and market and operate five apartments at 239 Remsen Street. Market hours of operation would be 7AM-8PM daily. This property is in the MU-DC zoning district.
e. 426 Columbia Street Applicant and Presenter: Sean Rivage The applicant is applying for a Site Plan Review for a 34’x36’ garage on a property that is currently operating as a legal pre-existing non-conforming use.
f. 288 Saratoga Street Applicant and Presenter: Joe Johnson. The applicant is applying for a Change of Use/New Tenant application to complete a rehab and construct 6 apartments at 288 Saratoga Street. This property is in the MU-1 zoning district.
g. 171 Remsen Street Applicant and Presenter: Daniel Oh. The applicant is seeking a floor plan review for apartments that will operate on the second and third floors of the space. The property is located in the MU-DC zoning district.
