a. Consideration of the November 14th, 2022 and January 9th, 2023 Meeting Minutes
b. 378 Saratoga Street Applicant and Presenter: Ron Levesque on behalf of Sign Studio, Inc. and Hoffman Development Group. The applicant is seeking approval of their Sign Plan application which proposes to install 10 separate signs on the site of Hoffman’s Carwash located at 378 Saratoga Street in the MU-1 Zoning District. The applicant is returning to the Planning board after gaining approval from the Zoning Board on January 25th, 2023.
c. 69 & 73 Vliet Street Applicant and Presenter: Carl Godfrey of RemodelNow LLC. The applicant is seeking approval of their Site Plan for a proposed fourplex apartment building on a vacant lot addressed 69 & 73 Vliet Street in the MFR Multi-Family Residential Zoning District. An Area Variance application for this project was approved by the Zoning Board on January 25th, 2023.
d. 100 Waters View Circle Applicant and Presenter: Christina Ladd of Aker Companies The applicant is seeking approval of their site plan application which proposes to construct a lower patio with a fire pit and a stonedust pathway to a proposed dog park and dry kayak launch.
e. Election of Officers: Chair and Vice Chair of the Planning Board
This meeting will be held on the 2nd floor Common Council Chambers of City Hall, 97 Mohawk Street.
