a. Consideration of the November 14th, 2022 Meeting Minutes
b. 20 White Street Applicant and Presenter: Shoniqua Parker. The applicant is seeking to expand the hours and operations of the business located at 20 White Street in the MU-NC Zoning District, a party planning business named “Great Vibes LLC” approved by the Planning Board on at the October 3rd, 2022 board meeting. The space currently is used to house the applicant’s for-rent party materials and serve as a place for meetings with clients. The applicant wishes to expand the business hours to be from 9 am to 10 pm Monday through Saturday and 10 am to 8 pm on Sunday. The applicant also wishes to expand the use of the business to include the hosting of children’s (1-12 years old) parties.
c. 378 Saratoga Street Applicant and Presenter: Ron Levesque on behalf of Sign Studio, Inc. and Hoffman Development Group. The applicant is seeking approval of their Sign Plan application which proposes to install 10 separate signs on the site of Hoffman’s Carwash located at 378 Saratoga Street in the MU-1 Zoning District. The carwash is currently under construction and was approved by the Planning Board on July 13th, 2020.
This meeting will be held on the 2nd floor Common Council Chambers of City Hall, 97 Mohawk Street.
