Attention Minority/Women-Owned Contractors
The City of Cohoes is administering a CDBG rehabilitation program with federal funding from the New York State Office of Community Renewal. That program provides financing for qualified property owners who will hire local contractors to complete basic improvements in their residential properties. The City's Community and Economic Development Department (CED) will maintain a list of contractors who are approved for that work. All contractors who are working in the area, including minority and women-owned business, are invited to contact the CED to be included on that list.
