Assessor
The City Assessor's Office is responsible for assessing all vacant, residential and commercial properties at full market value.

Building & Code
The Building Department encompasses Code Enforcement and Engineering. The department handles the MS4 or storm water program, code complaints, building permits, rental occupancy permits, and vacant buildings.
